Radio Presenter Policy:
As the owners (myBOBBA), WE choose what the show will be called on our radio stations. This also means that We will decide who will broadcast and also what will be broadcasted. If anyone advertises other content, not approved by myBOBBA, or claims to own the station, or uses it for personal information and/or use, the violator will be removed from the website staff list and placed on the unemployable list.
TERMS OF SERVICE
myBOBBA reserve the right to suspend or cancel with immediate effect, access to any service, when myBOBBA decides the account is being used inappropriately, or otherwise. myBOBBA reserve the right to ammend the terms and conditions at any time. It is your duty to check for changes in terms and conditions.
ACCEPTABLE USE OF SERVICE
Accounts are for the use of the primary owner only. Account holders are not permitted to "borrow", "lend" or "sell", their staff accounts to any third party. myBOBBA hold the right to refuse service / and or access to any party, should they deem the application inappropriate, such as an applicant wishing to use vulgarity.
PROHIBITED MATERIAL
The following material is strictly prohibited: Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio or music files, "mp3's" and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation. Adult Material- this includes all obscene material. What is and what isn't "Adult Material" is entirely at the discretion of myBOBBA.
SPAM AND UNSOLICTED MATERIAL
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE towards spam and unsolicited email, eminating from your myBOBBA email account.. Any accounts found using our services to send unsolicited material will be terminated with immediate effect.
MALICIOUS AND UNFRIENDLY ACTIVITY
myBOBBA's services may not be used for any activity which affects the ability of other people or systems to use myBOBBA's Services or the internet. Interference with or disruption of other users, services or equipment is prohibited.
BACKUPS
myBOBBA, does not keep backups of users music data, it is the presenter's responsibility to do so. myBOBBA highly advises users to keep regular and current backups to guard against potential loss of data.
USER CONDUCT
Clients must not post or broadcast any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, offensive, indecent, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable information of any kind. Abusive behaviour not limited to swearing, cursing, insulting, and or threatening behaviour towards myBOBBA, its staff or listeners is strictly forbidden. Personal abuse of ANY kind, whether transmitted across IRC (Internet Relay Chat), email, forum or the request line will result in immediate termination of your contract. In this event the user will not be issued ANY offers of being re-hired.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
It is your duty to keep myBOBBA informed of any changes of personal details. This includes and is not limited to your email address, habbo name and contact information. E-mail is the preferred contact method for general communique. myBOBBA will not be held responsible for any loss of communication or problems that arise as a result of customers not informing myBOBBA of their current and accurate contact details.
QUALITY OF SERVICES
Although myBOBBA will make the best efforts to provide quality and uninterrupted services this is not guaranteed. myBOBBA will not be responsible for any delay a service interruption may cause to the client.
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS & COMPENSATION
myBOBBA accepts no liability for any loss howeverso arising suffered as a result of any failure or fault in the service provided by myBOBBA. Compensation for any loss is not and will not be offered.
INDENIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold myBOBBA harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against myBOBBA, its agents, its listeners and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any subject broadcasted by its staff. Listeners agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmlessmyBOBBA against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any suggestions broadcast on air or otherwise distributed in connection with myBOBBA's services; (2) any material supplied by staff infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement.
DISCLAIMER
myBOBBA will not be responsible for any damages you may suffer. myBOBBA makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. myBOBBA disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays and any and all service interruptions caused by myBOBBA and its employees. myBOBBA reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. Habbo,
